Hi there,
It is working as per your requirement and will never asks for user or guest login if user is logged in.
Please check whether your custom login code works fine. If you do not want to enable guest tickets, you can disable in general settings.

We have tested accordingly and working fine for us.
Please deactivate all other plugins and check on your test or staging site.
If you find it working, please activate other plugins one by one to check whether it is conflicting with any plugin.Let us know the outcome here. If still not working, please create ticket on our website.

There are possibilities to filter the tickets with just one click on their respective states or priodities?
On filter for status, priority, etc., we have enabled to display top 5 options without need you to type or search in latest version 9.0.7.
If you mean something else here, please explain.Show on Dashboard total of unsolved tickets.
