 * so besides Suhosin, can you(or anyone) think of anything else that could be eating
   up so much ram? or is this somewhat normal for wordpress?
 * i’m upgrading to a new vps over the next few days, and with it 1gb of ram. i’m
   just here hoping that this issue keeps to the 256mb range, and doesn’t become
   hungry for the other 768mb’s to come. that would be unfortunate.

 * also, i should mention that this site is live(in a sense), but user-auth protected
   via htaccess for development, so it’s only me who’s accessing the blog.

 * do you think the Suhosin patch might be to blame for such a hungry wordpress?
 * i’ve run regular webpages and tested clipshare a while back, and don’t recall
   having such a draw on resources.

 * mod_php for apache2.
 * just regular old php5(5.2.4), with Suhosin Patch and Zend Engine 2.2, if that
   helps.
 * sorry, have been running vps as is, so still novice with anything beyond server-
   side scripting.
