Another reason can be if you are using a Subscription popup type, and you have submitted the form once. It’s set to hide for the users who subscribe once, by default. You can check your browser to see if there are adblockers on your end. But we can see that your popup is active and opens on your website. If the button in your slider is a dynamic one, the popup won’t load on click on that button.
