Agree, when you unmark a checkbox (share button or like button faces), this won’t be saved.
this is a plugin error, you must update it in the database manually, if you familiar with it, and have access.
You (or the administrator) have to add the form roles to your user in user/roles menu. (you have to install the memebers plugin if missing!)
if it still not working check in the plugin directory the
wordpress-form-manager.php file is exists or not (the old version was formmanager.php or something else), if you have the old version download the newest.
