 * Nothink worked here. I can upload images. But, when I press “insert”, nothing
   happens. Just a white window…

 * Please, help me. I can´t understand what is happening. I´ve uploaded WP and,
   when I was about running install.php, this message appears:
    Fatal error: Failed
   opening required ‘/home/restricted/home/polzonoff/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/
   functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php/PEAR’) in /home/restricted/home/
   polzonoff/public_html/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 67
