 * You can use the register plus plugin for people to register and manage the content
   with the user management plugin.

 * You will need to type in the url of your blog, plus the folder you saved your
   worpress files and wp-admin.

 * The members plugin will still display the content tabs with a message that not
   log in members does not have access to that content. And also won’t let me change
   some of the layout if they are loged in.
