In reply to: [Intagrate Lite] The images stopped loading – “URL signature expired”
We also recommend setting the plugin to save the Instagram images to the media library. Instagram often changes the URL structure of its images, so linking directly to them can result in broken images like this.
Thanks for the update, glad the migration worked. Hope your host helps you with your server issue 👍
Hi @red-apple, thanks for the report and sorry for the issue here.
If you do get chance, please could you edit your wp-config.php file to replace this line –
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
With these lines –
This means that any errors are logged to `/wp-content/debug.log’, because some errors are not visible on screen.
More details about that at http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Debug
Can you then retry the process with version 2.0 and paste the contents of the debug.log file that should be created. Thanks!
Thanks @t-p, just to rule it out – could you try another browser?
Can you please check your browser’s debugging console to see if there are any errors reported when this occurs?
Thanks @ike76 – this is fixed in 1.0.2 just released 🙌
First thing to try is a disconnect and reconnect. Then select the last image that was successfully posted from the dropdown in the settings, so new posts should be posted.
Hey @nnexus, Instagram often changes the URL format for their media, so I recommend setting the ‘Save image to media library’ setting, so you own the media and the URL won’t change.
AFAIK lazy loading is enabled by default on images in WordPress 5.4
This forum is only for the support of the lite version. Pro support is via https://intagrate.io/support/
Saying that, you need to update to the latest version to have that issue fixed 👍
hey @morrisgraeme, you should be able to delete then trash the posts, then set the last posted image in the plugin settings to the earliest one. It should then repost them.
Hey, yes this is a Pro feature where you can set max words to limit the title
Or go even smarter and split out the title and body from the IG caption using a delimiter character see https://intagrate.io/docs/splitting-instagram-caption-post-title-content/
