Hello,
I have filed the Sales-Pre-Sales form. I had already filled out the support form yesterday and got no answers. I guess this forum is public.
What is the difference between support and Sales-Pre-Sales form, technically speaking everybody using your service is sales or pre-sales? So why do you have a support form?
I had to send a large mailing yesterday then out of the blue your system blocked me before I can start to use it. No warning no explanation! I have to fill out a form that gets no answer, or comment on a forum so I am told to fill out another form.
This is not excellent customer support!
