    Hello,

    Sorry to come back to this topic but I need to know if this is a bug or if I missed something.

    Currently, my users are not able to login with the password they have chosen during the reservation process ans they need to go through the “forgotten password” process to create a new one that allow them to have access to their reservation.

    Hello,

    I have found the solution, even if I think this is more a turn around than a full feature :
    You just have to define the minimum time slot to 30mn as global settings and for the services that required 1h, create as many hour slot than needed. All explanation in this thread : https://salonbookingsystem.helpscoutdocs.com/article/163-how-time-slots-are-calculated

    Hi,

    Just to confirm you that it seems the first service I created was not good. So, I delete it and recreate another one from scratch and now, this is working fine.
    I have some other questions but I will open a new topic for that. In the meantime, I’m closing this one.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the info.
    Effectively, I made a mistake and placed the shortcode [salon_booking_services services=”13″] in the page that was declared as “Booking page” in the plugin setting.
    Now, I have created a Booking page (https://my-site.fr/booking) that contents the [salon/] shortcode.
    When I click on the Booking button in the service page , I’m redirected in the Booking page (https://my-site.fr/booking/?sln_step_page=services) but nothing appears.
    Did I miss something?

    I just seen that you propose different options for your paid plugin.
    For my specific case (non public pages), can I just use the basic one (40$ yearly)?

    OOopppsss,

    Sorry, the “edit button” was not visible with the 100% display of the browser. I just had to adjust the display to 90% and now, I can see the button.

    Sorry, I was thinking the mail of the message writer was integrated inside the mail notification, which is not the case.
    So, the person who receive a mail notification has no info about the writer’s mail, which is what I need.

    You’re right, I can manage the tab title thanks to CSS.
    I have just an issue concerning the “and” before nb of announcements unread.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.
    If I understand well, I’m able to add specific classes to elements included in my page, and to manage their CCS, I need to use your selector like (case I add the “special” class to one element):

    Hi,

    I have the same issue with Mailpoet 3.
    I always used Mailpoet 2 before and everything was fine. Now that I’m using Mailpoet 3, visitors are no more able to subscribe !!!
    I’m using a form defined by using Mailpoet tools (in the admin section of Mailpoet).

    When I’m logged in as admin, I’m able to add a user thanks to the form. Perhaps this is due to the Members plugin that I have added to be able to manage Mailpoet from the Shop manager role?
    But I did not see any settings in the Members admin to modify for this?

    Any idea?
