 * I think I am trying to get dashboard options for the site administrators.
    When
   they login and click the “dashboard” button, there are no buttons or menu options
   for updating to WordPress 5.1 (or to update anything for that matter). But every
   page of the dashboard menus reminds us that the site administrator needs to be
