Now look for the filemanager option. * When you click on filemanager you get a popup on the screen . So this popup asks which directory to open “right on this popup look for the checkbox that says show hidden files”. So there is no harm in checking .. just check in the options panel of theme and check for responsive option it should be there. There is something very minor that you are missing just look for this option in the options panel. So you should seek services to fix it. you say you see a blank screen when you logged into your dashboard so sometimes updating washes the changes if done… but in your case dashboard is messed up I mean the admin area so I guess a full revamp of your site is required. Like the steps can installing a fresh wordpress installation of latest version and then stepwise transferring your data into it .. all the pages and plugins etc. And then you can shift your newly created site on to the main domain. * Secondly also see the security point of view and make it secure from sql injection. Woocommerce is very powerful so I guess you should not have any problem with it but if you have done any modifications to the plugin and you try to update it then previous changes are overwritten. So I personally fell you should seek services and go for full site revamp and keep everything updated and secondly too many plugins make the site slow. And also share the url of your site … I’ll check it with firebug if there is any javascript file that is breaking your layout.
