Notify to BuddyPress Plugin author. And / or read BuddyPress documentation because looks like an setup problem or server side problem. _Yesterday I had the same problem with my captcha plugin and was a setup problem in user side._ 2. Disallow the contact form, if something doesn’t found just leave it by this moment. 2nd. If you understand basics things of PHP language, try to send and e-mail with [mail()](http://php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php) function. This function uses the <> default configuration. Try with a simple test with fget() or file_get_contents() function and this help to you looks if your hosting is able to outside conections. * Our plugins use outside conections too (more speficly “fopen()”), try setup it and your account will be generated automatically.
