 * Hi,
 * It is strange, as it is working for a lot of people. Maybe it could be a plugin
   conflict ? Could you tell me which plugin are activated on your website ?
 * If you are looking for a solution, could you give me an URL to your website ?
   To help me troubleshooting the issue.
 * If the plugin list is too long, you can take a screenshot and send it thanks

 * Hi,
 * It is your point of view, I can understand it and I’m pretty sure you are not
   the only one thinking that.
    Basically, if you don’t need more than 4 columns/
   3 rows, it can meet your needs and be useful. It seems that 200+ users think
   it is useful (I agree with you, without this limit I would certainly have more
   user).

 * Hi,
 * Basically, the FREE version of this plugin was build to check the compatibility
   of the plugin because the floating effect can easily broke depending on the different
   website’s elements.
    We are aware that the FREE version doesn’t own a lot of
   features in it, unforunately.

 * Hi,
 * Those features are available in the PRO version of the plugin, you will be able
   to change the duration before the transition effect and the transition speed
   as well.
 * If you need a static image / static background color behind the transition, it
   wasn’t plan but you can wrap your shortcode in a div and apply some CSS to this
   wrapper.
 * PS : The PRO version isn’t mandatory if you want to add the static image/color
   as mentionned above.
 * Do not hesitate to contact me if you have some difficulties to do this little
   CSS trick.

 * Hi,
 * Unfortunately, we didn’t find an easy solution to implement those features.

   We built a light plugin using CSS to handle the table, we didn’t find a way to
   handle the freezing feature without rebuilding all the plugin from scratch.
 * Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you will find what you are looking for.

 * Hi,
 * We didn’t think about this feature in our plugin.
    We will take a look at it
   and try to implement it as soon as we can.
 * Thanks for using our plugins.

 * Hi,
 * Unfortunately, we are using a function that doesn’t allow us to modify the playback
   speed.
    We would have to rebuild entirely the plugin in order to implement speed
   controls. Depending on your podcast, you could try to pre-edit them and then
   use a player with a standard speed ?

 * Hi,
 * Did you install the plugin CMB2? It is required to run this plugin and it handles
   all the admin panel part, that’s why it could be the reason of your issue.
 * Let me know how it goes and if you need further help.

 * Hi,
 * It’s a bit strange, I have to admit.
    Do you have a FTP access ? You could try
   to simply delete the folder Floating Div in your plugins directory. That’s the
   only folder of the plugin.
 * Do you have an error message when you try to install CMB2 ?

 * Hi,
 * Floating Div isn’t listed in your plugins list but you’re still seeing the Floating
   Div Tab in your dashboard ?
    (It can be “Floating Div” or “PluginlySpeaking Floating
   Div”)
 * Even if you didn’t/couldn’t install CMB2, you should have Floating Div in your
   list if you installed it previously.
 * Let me know how it goes.

 * Hi,
 * By reading your issues, it seems you didn’t install the plugin “CMB2”, it should
   be displayed as Required when you install Modal Popup.
 * CMB2 handle all the editor part, that’s why I think it must be the solution.
 * If you are still wanting to use the plugin, we would be glad to help you to implement
   it.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks a lot for your feedback.
 * We tried to give you easy access to some useful settings (as the font for example).
 * Indeed, installing another plugin to handle custom fields could be boring and
   we are sorry about that, we couldn’t include it in our plugin due to WordPress’
   rules.
 * We realized it too about the cookie setting, that’s why we decided to set it
   to 0 by default, to avoid mistakes (if the user sets fastly the settings).

 * Hi eyedraw,
 * Thank you for your feedback.
 * In the FREE version, as you were able to see it, you can choose between three
   filters :
 * – Display the popup everywhere
    – Display the popup on all your posts – Display
   the popup on all your pages
 * More filters are available in the PRO version :
 * – Display the popup everywhere
    – Display the popup on all your posts – Display
   the popup on all your pages – Display the popup on all your posts + some specific
   pages – Display the popup on all your pages + some specific posts – **Display
   the popup on specific pages/posts**
 * You will be able to find in the PRO version the feature you are looking for.

   If you decide to go from the FREE version to the PRO version, your data won’t
   be lost. (Don’t forget to grab the code in the FREE version, as it will give
   you 10% OFF 🙂 )
 * Best Regards,
    PluginlySpeaking
