Kindly ensure‘ Ship-from and Ship-to’ addresses are valid. * If you are getting rates returned from FedEx website and not from the API(plugin), in that case, you may need to check with FedEx on this. * We can approach and check for you. You need not have to configure the Canada Post/UPS shipping services under Shipping Zones. You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page. * Also you are getting “There are no valid services available.” error from response. When checked in FedEx website with these addresses, it seems does not serve between these addresses. Hence, Freight services are not available with the plugin. * However, the premium plugin will definitely return Live shipping rates for ‘Freight’ shipments as well. and also yes, you would need to have your own set of FedEx Credentials that has a validated Freight Account by FedEx. * Hope that helps!
