Else, disable that field if you are using test credentials. In the plus version of the plugin, there is a separate field using which one can define the base currency and assign a conversion rate so that the correct services with the correct rates are shown. * Since you are sending USD as the currency, FedEx API is not returning the rates. You need not have to configure the FedEx shipping services under Shipping Zones. You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page. * Please do configure these in your plugin settings and check with it. Hence, packing of products happens individually. And rates will be returned for each package. * So if there are 3 items in the cart, then the shipping will be calculated for 3 items individually. * The premium version has a advanced packing options available like Pack items individually, box packing and weight based packing. Of them one should be the premium version and one should be the free. * Just activate whichever you are looking for. This should surely resolve your problem.
