There is a `span` element with the `id` `yrc-wrong-shortcode` present in your page, which means the username in the shortcode is not matching to the one in the saved channel. * Try editing and saving it once. While changing usernames, the shortcode keys were not being updated. Now it’s fixed. * If you’re still using the plugin and the issue isn’t solved for you, please reply here.
