Sorry, I did not get your point correctly. Why you want to remove these lines? I have checked the plugin Post Slider and Post Carousel is working perfectly on my local.
The above line is just to add the slider image as a background image.
Please elaborate your case a little more with exact error so I can get your point and try to understand the scenario.

Sorry but I am not clear with your need. Are you looking for only image in the slider and NOT title, date, category and content in the post? So basically you want post image slider right?
OR
You are asking to get the image from the post content instead of featured image?

Please go to your current active theme / child theme and create a file i.e. category.php and add the above code.
The above file contains the News & Blog Designer Pack shortcode with category parameter. It will automatically fetch the current category ID and display it’s post on category page with plugin layout.

Everything looks fine as i have tested with device having width less then 319px.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
News & Blog Designer Pack plugin does not include any custom font or apply color on output. It always inherits the font, size, color etc from your current theme so it will look like your theme part not the separate one.
Still you can provide the custom CSS on it. You just need to target the web elements of the plugin that’s it.
I appreciate your feedback on this and try to implement a customization option in this. Thank you.

Thanks for the web page link. I have checked it and found that in mobile the outer container of slider is not opening in full width.
You had put the slider in elementor widget but in mobile it is not opening in full width in mobile device.

Glad to know that you fixed the problem but there is nothing related with multisite installation.

Sorry for my late response. I have checked your provided web page link and it is a Category page.
Category page is managed by your current theme. News & Blog Designer Pack plugin does not interact with it.
News & Blog Designer Pack plugin is created with shortcodes and widgets so you can put your desired shortcode in any page or post to get the output.
You can easily add the plugin shortcode in your current theme / child theme category.php file.
Please let me know your theme name so I will share you the exact location where you can add the plugin shortcode to get the blog design.

I have checked your blog page and applied the CSS via browser console. The provided CSS is working fine but due to masonry layout it shows like the screenshot.
In masonry layout, the structure will be arranged according to space so when you inspect the wrapper element its position is perfect but due to masonry layout it is arranged in space.
So 4n+1 or greater numbers will help you in this situation. I hope you can understand this.
