Hi @norahfaisal
Any update on this please?
Hi @dmouflard
Thanks for the screenshot. Have you tried to add it in page content editor?
Let me check with OceanWP free theme and will update you soon about this.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi @dmouflard
Thanks for the detailed explanation.
Can you please provide me the full screenshot of page when you edit it? So I can take a look and try to understand which fields are there.
I have searched OceanWP theme so are you using FREE theme or paid one?
Is this the theme which you are using https://wordpress.org/themes/oceanwp/ ?
Hi @nambinina
You can easily solve this scenario with shortcode parameter
loop="false"Actually it is a slider default behaviour. It creates the clone to keep the slider running conteniously.
Please try the parameter. It will work for you.
Hi @norahfaisal
Can you please provide me the screenshot of page editor where you have added the shortcode?
Also please provide me the web page link on which you had setup the plugin.
I will take a look into it and try to understand the scenario.

It looks like there is a shortcode double quote issue.
Sometime what happen when we copy the shortcode and paste it into the WordPress editor then double quote (“) are converted to special character (”) and it does not work.
So I suggest you to remove the double quote and add it again manually and then check.
I hope this will resolve your issue.

Kindly update the plugin to latest version and check with that.
I hope you like the new version 🙂
