 * Thank You Ben, I have fixed the layout.
 * However strangely the menu still does not appear.
 * It is set like this now:

   Added the item from Links tab.

 * Thanks for quick response.
 * The “Books” section is there, however I have no idea how to make book items appear
   on my site as posts, if it is possible.
 * Here are two screenshots:

 * It does not show when it is set like that, but you can see what I have in mind.
