 * First of all please login from your cpanel then after delete those plugin and
   try to login from wpadmin in dashboard. i think your your theme doesn’t support
   these plugin.

 * you can add pages. just login to your dashboard,click on pages, click on add 
   new n then you can add pages as your wish.. 🙂

 * I dont think you can recover it. If you have backed-up your site then you can
   install your site..

 * I think, WordPress you have downloaded may be corrupted. just delete that file,
   download WordPress Zip file again and try to install… 🙂

 * I think, at the time of unzipping your plugin may be in subfolder..
    (i.e. : 
   C:\xampp\htdocs\AMRIT\wp-content\plugins\contact-form-7.4.0.2\contact-form-7).
   You should just do this (i.e. : C:\xampp\htdocs\AMRIT\wp-content\plugins\contact-
   form-7). then you can see it in wp admin panel.
