My test site is using Twenty Twelve. The linking the specific post pages is working on my test site. Can you try going into WP-Admin>Settings>Permalinks and click Save to reset the permalinks and then try using the read more button? You can update to this version by using the update feature in your WP-Admin panel. Please let me know if you find any other bugs. I try to be as efficient as possible, because I am an out of work PHP/WordPress developer (currently with no income whatsoever) looking to hopefully find some clients by releasing some free WordPress plugins. If you have any suggestions for new plugins, please let me know.
