 * When I open these images in the WordPress admin/media library and ‘view attachment
   page’ it shows the pages I linked here.

 * I included a link to a sample page in my original post. This particular image
   is used by a 3rd party system on our site and not on any actual page, but I have
   seen it happen with images that are used in pages. The url is always [http://www.domain/image-name](http://www.domain/image-name)
   and uses the blog template with the image as the only content. I was hoping someone
   out there would have seen this before.

 * It looks like WordPress is generating the posts. I want to know where these posts
   are coming from and how to make them go away.
