 * Exactly that.
 * The form we were trying to connect was for a postal application, not everybody
   wants to be spammed by email so we offered a postal application as an alternative
   on the site.
 * Everything was connected to IS but because we hadn’t included an email address(
   as it wasn’t needed for this type of form) the data just didn’t get passed across.
 * If you are having issues with only this form have you tried recreating the form
   from scratch, start off with only a couple of fields and build it up until you
   find a possible clash.
 * Considering all other forms work then there must be a difference between your
   form and all the others.

 * We discovered that of you don’t have an email address it will not map anything
   to infusionsoft!
 * Could that be your issue?
 * We overcame this by creating a default value based on ip, date, time etc and
   then via automation deleted the email after the data was transferred across.
 * Seems silly but it’s a solution that worked for us
 * Hope that helps 🙂

 * Hi Geek Goddess,
 * Thank you for your reply… very much appreciated. I didnt actually notice that
   option and it is exactly what I am looking for. However, I need to map multiple
   items to the ContactNote per form e.g.
 * Mortgage Provider – Year taken out – Renewal date etc
 * Using this option will only allow me to choose one variable to send across.
