My thumbs are squared 200×200 from beginning where i changed it before importing data. Does the Gallery allow the image manipulation? Currently i only see that the content of both folders is exactly the same. Some things like these can be done by a plugin, e.g. a slider which appear between header and content. This is theme independent. * Or you can also edit almost any theme by yourself to create a widget area for adding content there.
