   Thank you very much for your quick response, but it doesn’t seem to be
   working properly. We no longer have the pop-up, but there are other issues: for
   a recurring event, if I have an event on date x and I also want to book for date
   y, it’s no longer possible to book date y. For all dates, we see the message:“
   Already in your cart.”When in the cart or checkout, the number of tickets is 
   counted rather strangely: if I book 2 tickets on date x, instead of seeing : 
   My ticket €10.00 x 2 = €20.00, for example, it says My ticket €10.00 x 1 = €10.00My
   ticket €10.00 x 1 = €10.00Thank you in advance

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for your reply and explanations.
 * I followed your recommendations: I didn’t receive any error messages during the
   import, and the LearnDash version is the same on both DEV and PROD. I’m also 
   testing with a single course.
 * However, after the import, only the course appears — no lessons or topics are
   created or linked in the corresponding sections. 😕
   When I look at the exported
   Excel file, the **Courses**, **Lessons**, and **Topics** tabs are all present
   and filled.
 * Could you please advise what I could check or try to ensure the lessons and topics
   are properly imported?

 * Thank you for your help and for your response.
   We will go ahead and update the
   different plugins.For now, we haven’t disabled compatibility mode yet, as we 
   are afraid of causing issues.What we have disabled, however, is WooCommerce Analytics,
   because we are reaching over 800,000 completed tasks…We can’t understand why 
   this number is so high. Could there be an issue related to the switch to HPOS?

   Thanks for your help, in WP Crontrol plugin we didn’t see anything.Our system
   Status report : [https://pastebin.com/sRYsCpB1](https://pastebin.com/sRYsCpB1)
 * We looked in Analytics and found **6,572 orders**, while in **WooCommerce → Orders**
   there are **6,771 orders**.
 * We ran the following queries in the database:
 * `-- Number of orders in the old storage `
   `SELECT COUNT(*) AS old_orders FROM
   wp_posts WHERE post_type='shop_order';`
 * **Result:** 6,795
 * `-- Number of orders in HPOS `
   `SELECT COUNT(*) AS hpos_orders FROM wp_wc_orders;`
 * **Result:** 8,401
 * Why is there such a large difference?

   it because it was generating too many actions.

 * By checking “Enable WooCommerce Analytics,” we once again see **“wc-admin_import_orders”**
   actions appearing under **Pending Actions**.
   After some time, these actions then

 * Actually, in **WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions**, under **Pending Actions**,
   we don’t see any actions of the type **“wc-admin_import_orders”**, yet there 
   are still many of them listed under **Failed**.
 * What does this mean?

 * I’m following up on my previous message regarding the issue with our “shop_manager”
   users, who can no longer access the list of events (they can only create new 
   ones).
   In **User Role Editor**, they have all the necessary permissions, yet 
   the problem persists.

 * Thank you for your feedback, the “Event End Time” option was selected.
 * We found the problem in the “Date & Time” section: we changed the event to “Particular
   Event” instead of “Single Event.” We’re having trouble understanding how “Single
   Event” works: we can add multiple events, but it doesn’t seem to work.
 * We also have another question: following the update, when we have a list of dates
   for the same event, and now, when the date has passed, instead of disappearing,
   the list remains visible with the message: “Sale close On: –/–/—- –:–.” Is there
   a way to make these lines disappear?

   Thank you for your feedback.We are using version 10.0.1 There is no error
   in the console: it is as if the “Choose a relay point” button did not work. As
