 * This has been resolved by re-installing wordpress (export / import of wordpress
   was not capable of adding the media entries but a SQL dump did the job)

 * compared the wp-config.php and wp-settings.php files but they are the same, any
   idea where i should look

 * Thanks for the quick reply.
 * I’ve checked, the test environment has more plugins installed, reproduced to 
   only activate the plugins active on the live environment.
 * On the test environment i get the error message “You attempted to access the “
   test” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you
   believe you should be able to access the “test” dashboard, please contact your
   network administrator.”
 * This message i would love to see on the live environment.
