 * My solution
 * 1 make a backup – files and mysql
 * 2 delete all files
 * 3 delete mysql
 * 4 reinstall wordpress and plugins in same versions of the backup
 * 5 restore mysql
 * 6 restore them files
 * 7 restores themes/uploads
 * With this i have the last version of wordpress same content and no errors
 * i think its a “virus/hack” cause all sites in my host have the same problem, 
   and i didnt uptdate wordpress in last week

 * i have the same problem, all my sites in bluehost with this problem, and in diferent
   versions of wordpress.
