The solution is to go to the Advanced tab on Age Gate and select the Method dropdown for No Caching Javascript. Let me know if this fixes the issue.

You might be on Godaddy’s Managed WordPress Hosting which has a cache feature, or another host that has wordpress caching. My site is. The solution is to go to the Advanced tab on Age Gate and select the Method dropdown for No Caching Javascript. Let me know if this fixes the issue.

Thank you for the comprehensive fix of this issue and the excellent direct communication. I have installed the newest updates and the website looks healthy and is doing well. Your software is well worth the free and Pro versions and I love using it on my client websites. Thanks again for getting on this issue. Best wishes.

In order to bring this website back to life I restored a backup from yesterday and have turned off the auto update for Royal Elementor Addons and Royal Elementor Addons Pro. Please reach out to me … Thank you.

Please help. Can you send to me previous version of the software. We use your tabs on every page of this very LARGE government website. All content does not show after your latest plugin update. And the template selection ability on the backend no longer is available. Our license is current. Please we need assistance quickly. Thank you,

I opened a new topic and the problem was resolved. But should anyone come to this thread searching for an answer: make sure your website’s SSL certificate is still valid and active. Without SSL, the payment form will not be visible.

Hi Saif – that was indeed the issue. The client’s SSL certificate had expired. Once I integrated the new certificate, all issues were resolved. Thank you for your prompt and informative response.

Hi Sandip – I have a similar problem that is only on mobile devices. My client’s site was working well. Now the ability to enter credit card information on a mobile device (desktop/laptop is fine) is not available. There is no form, just a blank area under the credit card icons.
    – I’ve rolled back to 3.3 with no success.
    – I’ve restored to 3.4.1 with no success.
    – The server memory limit is 512Mb.
    – Max variable input is 4000.
    – I’ve tested by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square.
    – I’ve changed themes. Deleted cache in between every test.
    – The Business Location in the Square Settings is set.
    – No page builder is used on the checkout page.

I can send you a system report.

Thank you for any and all assistance.

    Your solution worked beautifully.

(And for others who might encounter a similar issue, I really like the plugin Child Theme Configurator by Lilaea Media. It is much easier than hand coding as many of us had to do in the past.)

All fixed up now and moving forward.

Thank you for the speedy and accurate support. Rock on.

Hi Alejandro – thank you for your reply. We inquired almost 4 weeks ago about this. With no prompt support nor evident fix to the issue, we decided to delete your plugin and integrate a different method to accomplish the presentation of our restaurant menu.

    Hi Roch –

I was able to get the venues to update by disabling SportsPress, deleting htaccess and then reactivating SportsPress. I’m not sure why this worked, it’s sort of like unplugging the VCR back in the day and then plugging it back in. I just gave that a try and it seemed to do the trick.

Should another user encounter this same snag, suggest this I guess?

Thank you for the excellent customer service and response time. I think I’m good moving forward!

Hi – tested with Twenty17 and Twenty16. Issue not resolved. 🙁

Tried pulling the code to see if that helped. Didn’t. 🙁

    Next steps?

    Greg –

This seems to have straightened it out nicely. I would leave your reply visible, but would you delete the error message above so that our backend information is not visible.

I can now move forward with styling the presentation and configuring the remaining parts of the ads and emails etc.

Again thank you for your prompt and excellent customer support 🙂
