 * I just checked and no it hasn’t, but honestly it’s such a weird hosting environment
   for this site that I’m not surprised. I’ve moved to another solution for this
   site, but I’m still using your plugin successfully on loads of other sites!

 * Actually it looks like the JavaScript isn’t firing for any field types – the 
   color picker isn’t working either, for example.
