 * Hi.
 * Here is a reply I got from the hosting company in relation to the above issue:
 * _The caching plugin will not work on our shared platform as we will not allow
   the plugin access to the PHP.ini file on the server. If you wish to use this 
   plugin then we would recommend moving onto one of our dedicated hosting servers._

   environment.
