 * For reference. I have full access and control of all of these Meta assets.
   The
   Business Portfolio includes one Facebook page, one instagram page, one catalogue,
   one ad account and one Dataset/pixel. The pixel has the ad account configured
   as a connected asset.

 * Hi [@omarfpg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/omarfpg/). I have ‘Facebook
   for WooCommerce’ plugin Version 3.2.2.
   Steps to reproduce1. From the WordPress
   plugin page, click configure link under Facebook for WooCommerce.2. Press Blue‘
   Get Started’ Button3. An OAuth Flow starts. Select ‘Continue as Peter DV’4. Permissions
   are shown. Select ‘Next’5. Confirm Settings are shown. At this stage, most of
   the details appear correct. Except for the Ad account choice. It is showing that
   a New ad account will be created. However, I need to use our existing Ad account
   that we use for running ad campaigns.6. Click on the Ad account and try to select
   a existing oneThe ad accounts displayed are disabled. It says Not Eligible.Confirm

 * Hi [@carolm29](https://wordpress.org/support/users/carolm29/). I also have a 
   support ticket open with Facebook. However they are being unhelpful and telling
   me that “WooCommerce for Instagram & Facebook Shops is no longer available or
   supported”.
 * I did not think this was the case. The plugin tells me this is the official plugin?
