 * Could you hear me going “Oooooh, right! That makes sense!”? Classic case of staring
   at the problem too long. Thank you. The permalinks flush didn’t work and I have
   to keep the SAML in place, so I think I’m out of luck on this one. This likely
   explains why all of the other plugins I tried didn’t work, either. I appreciate
   the response!

 * I did that, but as I said, it only seems to behave correctly in the WP Theme 
   Preview, but not in any browsers once I navigate away from the preview. When 
   I view in any other browser (even the browser the preview is in) it clips the

 * It’s happened at least 6 times– never right in a row, but within a few days of
   each other. My email isn’t compromised otherwise. I would think the culprit would
   actually click the link if they had my password and were trying to be malicious–
   last time I left the email with the new password in my inbox for 5 days before
   clicking through to complete the reset. So I don’t know what’s going on. Just
   thought I’d post and see. It’s more annoying that anything, but since it’s related
   to work, I didn’t want it to get hacked in any way.

 * Yes– the old password doesn’t work, but the new one does, even though I never
   click on the link to complete the reset process. I see a really long link at 
   the end of the link that looks randomized, so I don’t know how someone could 
   fake it.
