I’ve redone my pages on the site and they are now working alright. I can edit each page now. I want to thank you for your patience and help for such a novice like me. I call the HUB Webhosting support and they said that there was some kind of code on the opening page that was preventing me from editing it. They suggest that I delete the opening page and make a new opening page so that the proper code will go into it. Do you agree that this method could possibly work ok. I won’t proceed unless you concur with the suggestion? But, when I attempt to Edit the opening page it won’t appear in the Edit screen to make changes and update. The problem is how to get the opening page to appear in the edit screen to make changes. The edit portion of the screen remain blank so changes cannot be made. Surely someone has an answer for this I hope. Although I have a backup file I would rather not have to download a new WordPress program to start all over if at all possible. Should I repost this problem to see if anyone can offer a solution? Since the announcement page information was small I decided to put that information on the opening page which worked just fine and opened correctly . When I go to edit the opening page now in Edit it won’t appear in Edit to make any changes. The announcement page is no longer an issue. The issue is why doesn’t the page information appear in the Edit section so changes can be made. All other pages on the site are working ok. All the other pages will open. How can I get the site perryionic. org to recognize the Announcemt 2 page. Members don’t sign on by going to perryionic. org/announcements 2. I can log in to my Dashboard with not problem. Originally I deleted my “Announcement and Activities” page and renamed it just Announcements. After editing my new announcements page which edited just fine, I published it. When I go to the website “perryionic.org” I can view every page but the Announcements page, which is very important to my website. I also deleted some graphics and reduced the size of the first page and everything is updating just fine now. Thank you very much for your help as it is greatly appreciated. I can update the 2-end pages but the front page won’t update. It just goes to the Request Entity Too large Error. I’ve deleted a full page and some additional info on the sight thinking that the capacity limit was reduced. I don’t know where to turn right now. All the pages but the opening page are correct. If no one responds within the Forum offering help or a solution I have no where to turn because the Host Hub says it is a WordPress problem. Do you see why I’m frustrated having to meet update deadlines for the site. * Please pardon me if I have made a mistake in seeking help but where can I turn for assistance?
