On regular items, in German it is “In den Warenkorb” and in Englisch it is “Add to cart”. This Solution worked for me. On some items, the options were already set, but updating the product page and the translation anyhow also fixed it there. * The only problem remaining is, that the link to the original article is still in the original language.
