 * I’ve just set up a Pro test/demo “try.eventsmanagerpro.com” page, with its multiple
   bookings/shopping cart page, and it looks like exactly what I need. I will be
   upgrading my Events Manager to Pro very shortly!

 * Huh? I’ve just received a couple of “Unauthorized Post Attempt from…” emails
   to my Gmail account. Am I supposed to set up a specific email account, just for
   Postie posts? (For example, I’d create a brand new Gmail account with an obscure
   address – [righ8gt7ioru9@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pauldoeswordpress/replies/page/3/righ8gt7ioru9@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   or something – and anything that gets sent there automatically appears as a post
   on my site?) Is that how it works?
 * If so, wouldn’t any spam or other random emails sent to [righ8gt7ioru9@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pauldoeswordpress/replies/page/3/righ8gt7ioru9@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   then get posted to my site?
 * Some kind of basic setup instructions would be greatly appreciated, please!

 * They should go in wp-content/themes/style.css. Be aware that if you add them
   to the main theme’s style.css, this file will get overwritten if you update the
   theme (although the developer of this theme seems to have disappeared off the
   radar, so I don’t anticipate any updates ever).
 * To avoid this, you can either create a child theme, or just keep a copy of your
   styles.css file and make sure you copy any new stuff in to the style.css file
   after you’ve updated the theme.
 * Here’s my first ever WordPress site; I created it using Openstrap, and as you
   can see, it’s substantially modified, including div classes and all sorts of
   stuff: [http://weareccfm.com/](http://weareccfm.com/)

 * Does anyone else find it slightly worrying that Pavan, the theme author, has
   not posted anything here for over 4 months?
 * Is this theme going to be abandoned, left to gather dust, or can we anticipate
   future updates, especially regarding inevitable security holes which may arise?

 * I came here to ask the exact same question! I’d like the ability to create four
   ticket types, then save those ticket types as some kind of group, in the exact
   same way I can do with locations. Then, when I create a new event (which has
   the exact same four ticket types as all my other events) I can just select the
   pre-formatted ticket types from a drop-down menu.
 * My scenario is this:
    The website is for farmers’ markets. I have many different
   markets, in different locations, on different dates. Each market has the same
   four ticket types:
    - Standard market holder stall
       Standard market holder stall with electrical
      supply Small market holder stall Small market holder stall with electrical
      supply
 * I’d like to be able to apply this exact group of ticket types to every market.

 * Aha! I kind of fixed it. I changed that “Single location page format” to this,
   and it seems to work:
 *     ```
       <p>The next market here is on <strong>#_LOCATIONNEXTEVENT</strong>.</p>
       #_LOCATIONNOTES
       <h3>Upcoming Markets in #_LOCATIONTOWN</h3>
       [events_list town="#_LOCATIONTOWN" limit=10 pagination=1]<li>#_EVENTDATES,#_BOOKINGBUTTON</li>[/events_list]
       ```
 * I’ve just checked with a friend who is unfortunate enough to have installed iOS7
   on their iPad and iPhone, and the menus work perfectly, which is fantastic news.
 * That does mean that 13% of iPad/iPhone users will get a garbled menu (apparently
   the uptake of iOS7 is around 87% currently). But at least it’ll be ok for the
   majority of users.
 * I tried that – it made no difference. The text is _all_ rendered above the background.
   I’ve now got that opacity set to 1 if you want to take a look.
 * Hi Pavan,
 * That version of the site has been replaced by a more recent one:
 * [http://paulroper.com/ccfm14/](http://paulroper.com/ccfm14/)
 * …but the problem is still there. Also, the same problem exists on your site’s
   demo:
 * [http://demo.opencodez.com/openstrap/](http://demo.opencodez.com/openstrap/)
 * …(both when viewed in portrait mode).
 * From what I’ve read about most online iPad/iPhone simulators, they don’t actually
   emulate the iOS, but just put the site in a specific sized window and run it
   through the default browser’s renderer, so it’s not a true indication of how
   it will work on an iOS device.
 * I’ve already got the menu set to appear on click, not hover; maybe I’ll try setting
   it to the hover behaviour to see if it has any effect.
 * I’m running iOS 6.0.1 on my iPad mini. Maybe I’ll have to downgrade to iOS7 to
   see if the problem persists.
 * Thanks for your help so far,
 * Paul
 * OK – so this is a fault inherent in this theme. If you go to the developer’s
   website demo of this theme (demo.opencodez.com/openstrap/) and look at the menus
   in portrait mode on an iPad mini, they’re totally screwed up, and it’s not possible
   to select anything properly. So I’m guessing that the chances of this being fixed
   easily are close to zero. How annoying that I chose to develop my site on a defective
   theme. Pavan, if you’re reading this – what are the chances that this will get
   fixed in an update? Please?!
