Our developers expressly advised us against having an bot as an admin role. As I said, we’ve been using the add-on with pmpro for about 5-6 months now and have never had any problems. We haven’t changed anything on the host (server), nor have we changed anything on the Discord server. So I completely rule out the possibility that it’s on our side. Again, everything was working perfectly until a few days ago. But here are the short answers to your questions: 1. Verify Bot Permissions; check! Re-Authorize the Add-on Did already (yesterday and today 2nd time) * 4. double check membership ; again checked! 2nd time… everything is fine.. even for the users the discord name is added in the backend.. BUT the problem is or are not the roles! the issue we got is the server is not visible for the customers! they can “connect” and in the backend i can check that the customer has connected with discord.. BUT for the customer the server is missing! no server in his discord app!
