 * I get an error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of
   403 ()”.

 * I turned of Optimize JS code and tried again and the error was gone and the forms
   worked.

 * Thanks for your response.
    I made a mistake and discovered autoptimize was causing
   the conflict so i have had to disable it.
 * I’m not sure what scripts to exclude for it to work if you have any input on 
   that ?
