 * I removed the disable one and figured out the problem is not happening when I
   manually add users. However, when people buy products on my website they receive

 * Awesome, thanks! I indeed used the wrong shortcode, did not realize it was a 
   different one in a different message. You are not to blame, the information on
   the website is correct, I simply did not read it correctly.
