Daniele, first of great hearing from you.

A lot of the points I understand for sure 🙂
The website is what kinda worried me the most. As per WordPress guidelines here I cant even ask for Pro support. (mods can be like, ok that is not the place for it)

Which then points me to the other mediums, CodeCanyon which I get the moving away from. But then we where stuck with a not working main website. SO hearing that is coming back is great. Also great to see the helpscout docs link.

I know you would offer support, we have been in contact in the past. But still it’s better to reach out and hear, than to let things linger and hope for the best.

In regards to lifetime licenses etc, also fully understand. But keep in mind the people who have bought did not determine it should have been a lifetime license. That is between you and the platform on how you offer something. Not saying that its a good thing, but you cant put that on people buying what you offer.

Regarding a potential change, personally I would not mind that as I like what you have created and use it on my projects which in return helps me. So future developments, should in my book not be free. But hey thats me personally, and. I know a lot of people like to complain about yeah but it was stated to be lifetime and so on and so forth.

Great to see the plugin will be looked after in the future, if things change regarding the payment model, all for it. Keep up the great job!

Sorry but copying that answer on various posts which notes issues does not change a thing. That is not doing damage control or offering support.

My theme does not push the colors I can assure you, nor do I have any builder of sorts. As noted I am a Ultimate user of your very plugin. The problem is not with the Ultimate plugin, having that new version enabled is fine also with 4.2.9.

The issue has to do with the updated base 5.0.0 plugin, reverting to 4.2.9 fixes all issues both me and others seem to be experiencing . So once again please look into your new 5.0.0 base plugin and for the love of it … be somewhat supportive 😉

Ah nice changes, not using but have used WPFORO in the past. And the Analytic insight about reactions are also great to see.

When it comes to licenses; I have bought Da Reactions on both Codecanyon and Freemius. So I should be good I guess 😉
But good and clear to know you will be moving away from Envato. But my main things was … I could not find the patch notes on any of the ‘proper’ places. But that has been provided here so all is good 🙂

In regard to the issue no harm, it happens every now and again. And can of course be a plethora of thing in the WP cocktail I am using.

Ok good advice on the check, much appreciated but my frontend check / method should not be working if something was incorrect, but that is why I checked the preview option in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=da-reactions_graphic_settings. But there it also did not render with 4.0.0

As for additional info sure no prob, let me provide you with all I can share by dm as the site_diag also gives some insight I might not publicly want to share with anyone.

EDIT: Ah .. I always though the Plugin Directory had such an option. Could you let me know how I can best send you that info?
