 * sure. simply add a new fulltet processor
    and use Parser Code for example `remove
   |0|div|relatedarticles|`

 * Same Problem here.
    WP 4.0 and Plugin Version 1.2
 * Notihng happend. after activate error logging i get:
    Pipe#1: Manually Running
   Pipe Now…

 * i found an error in get_fulltext.php
    after this line of code `$html = self::
   clear_tags( $html, $tags );` var $html ist emtpty… Please fix in next Version
