When I keep the tabs as a custom text field in the first widget, the error does not happen. I am basically displaying these tabs within a widget on the home page. I feel like the issue could be with that plugin. Switched it out. Please elaborate on where you can add the form. There’s a spot located on Appearance > Customize under the Header option. But when you add the name or shortcode of the contact form, nothing displays.
