 * Like most of you, granting admin access to everyone simply to access the contact
   info was not a viable solution.
 * Unfortunately this meant we could not use WP-CRM in our project. So we ended 
   up going with civiCRM. It offers way more features thatn what we need. But I 
   just disabled most un-needed features and trained my users to “ignore” the modules
   we don’t use. I hope this helps some of you.
