There are two Blob types you can set up, one will not work (in my experience.) I think it’s Locally-redundant storage (LRS) that does work. I had a similar error, and switched my Blob type out and it worked. * Also, I used the “simple image sizes” plugin to regenerate the thumbnails; I did notice that it does NOT do PDFs, but you can use CloudBerry to upload those files. I don’t know why, but I had to first do a search and replace of the wp_posts table, then regenerate thumbnails and then do a search and replace of the wp_postmeta -after- the regeneration. No idea why. But that seems to do that trick.
