 * i’m having the same problem.
    under options, and discussion the is a option that
   all comment must be moderated… but i have taken that off long ago, and still 
   all comments, even my own are left for moderation. and it is wp 1.2

 * yeah there error is the test format is saved it in, i got that fixed though thanks.
   
   i did change the permissions to chmod 644 coz i worked out that was the permissions
   set on the other plugins that comes with WP. tx for the reply though
