Dear @reeko6616
Many thanks for posting these images.
They make it very easy to understand how we can HS and COO to each product on the invoice and packing list.
This is a great feature that will make a big difference for us.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
Pairfum London
Dear @yordansoares
Can you show me a link where we can see how HS_CODE and COO custom product attributes can be added to invoices and packing slips?
Kind regards,
Huib

In reply to: [CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent & Compliance Notice (CCPA Ready)] ErrorsDear Support,
We noticed today the following:
If we change the setting for ‘Reload after Accept button click’ from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’, then we find that:
– when we click ‘accept’ there is no error for the Gtag, but
– if we click ‘settings’ and then ‘save & accept’, none of the Tracking Tags are firing, i.e. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, …It certainly seems like an issue that needs further looking into.
Many thanks for your help with this.
Kind regards,
Pairfum London
Hi @reeko6616
Which extension are your referring to?
The Pro version does not mention the ability that you can customise what is being printed for each product, or did I miss something?
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Add HS & COO to invoice & packing slipDear @reeko6616
Many thanks for your link.
This is exactly what we have done for ALL of our products. Each one of our products now has specific:
– HS (Harmonized System) code
– COO (Country of Origin)Our question is: How can we add these to the invoices that Booster produces?
I suspect there is a very simple way of triggering these but I can’t figure it out.
Many thanks for your help with this.

In reply to: [PWA] Errors Loading ManifestDear @westonruter
Many thanks for your reply and our apologies for the late response (Christmas, New Year).
These are the errors that we are seeing:
https://i.imgur.com/HzD83o6.png
https://i.imgur.com/GFrrayA.pngWe initially thought that the errors were caused by Cloudflare’s ‘Rocket Loader’ but de-activating / by-passing Cloudflare did not make any difference to the error we are seeing.
To us, it looks like the main issue is the web manifest not loading.
Your help with these errors is very much appreciated.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Jquery Migrate Helper NoticesDear @tijosh
Many thanks for this update.
What we notice is that our website at the front & back end slows down dramatically when we upgrade to WP’s default version of JQuery.
Additionally, some of the payment gateways stop working, e.g. PayPal.
Hence, for the time being we have to downgrade to 1.12.4 of JQuery.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Facebook Conversion API Cache Problem on WordPressDear @qtwrk
The author of the plugin PixelYourSite found a way to solve this issue for caching plugins like Litespeed by using Ajax.
We found that this solution works for our website.
Here is a screenshot to show this setting:

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Facebook Conversion API Cache Problem on WordPressDear @qtwrk
I was wondering whether excluding Facebook tracking from being cached might be a solution.
This is what we have in mind:
https://i.imgur.com/cbFFgrx.pngThese are the mentions of Facebook that we find on the ‘waterfall’ when we run our site through speed testing tools, e.g. Pingdome, WebPageTest.org.
Could this work?

Another quick update:
We switched-off the Litespeed Cache plugin and the problem was solved.
We then tried the WP-Rocket Caching plugin and with this caching plugin we did not experience the issue.
Hence, the issue is quite clearly associated with the Litespeed Cache plugin.

Many thanks for the suggestion.
We have tried it but sadly it did not make any difference, the event ID stays the same.
As per your instructions:
– we disabled JS push & defer via Litspeed Cache > Page Optimisation > JS HTTP/2 Push off & Load JS Deferred off
– we then cleared the cache via Litespeed Cache > Toolbox > Empty Entire Cache
– we also cleared the entire Cloudflare Cache,
– last we ensured that the browser cache was clear and checked with the FB Pixel Helper in three different browsers: Chrome, Opera, New Edge (Chromium)We found that the event ID was the same in all three browsers.
Would you like me to send you a new report number so you can investigate further?
Many thanks for your help with this problem.
