So I would think even if you can covert you “might” need to have the WP installed on hosting with Windows – you could ask your hosting company. And generally a Windows server is a little more costly. .ASP is just the framework and their could be other languages behind it, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. TIP: Name the new WP pages the same as the .asp pages and then you will need to redirect all your .asp pages to the new WP pages so client doesn’t lose any “juice”. As for the hyperlinks in the middle of page to another page: It is my understanding that when you add the hyperlink if you selected the page/post from the “Link to existing page” ( instead of typing in the URL) once any URL’s are changed those will change for you automatically. In Dashboard: Go to Settings -> Permalinks -> Save Changes. I did find a way to put it back for her. And yes she is using it incorrectly (I personally have never used it). She liked the pre-format for her editors and writers to just be able to click on it with out telling them how to properly do the task at hand. She wants to stream-line – and make everything as automatic as she can for them. * You know how it is I’m sure …. you can tell them the correct way, they want it their way. * Thanks again for all you do!
