 * I would recommend you use [support@nextgen-gallery.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/osalepito/replies/support@nextgen-gallery.com?output_format=md),
   the form is useless.
 * Pro Plugin Without a Forum: They don’t have forum because they know user interactions
   will reduce the 120% dependence on them. This is the only thing I regret buying,
   and right now it is just decorating my computer NO USE. And I paid big bucks 
   for it

 * Is it possible to submit a support request from a localhost machine.

 * I sent them a question BEFORE I started this post but NO response. Do you have
   an email to the support team? I am a NextGEN PRO Member and this support issue
   is a big concern
