 * Yes, I can see the wp-cache-config file now. Should I put the define(‘WP_CACHE’,
   true);

 * Thank you for your message.
 * Yes, still seem to be having this problem. I did make the wp-content directory
   writeable to the server and now I am receiving the following:
 * WP_CACHE constant set to false
 * The WP_CACHE constant is used by WordPress to load the code that serves cached
   pages. Unfortunately, it is set to false. Please edit your wp-config.php and 
   add or edit the following line above the final require_once command:
 * define(‘WP_CACHE’, true);
 * When I place the above code in my wp-config file nothing happens.

 * Thanks for the reply, I managed to solve the problem…. the issue was with my 
   CSS img styling, but thank you for your post it help me figure it out.
