Noptin Premade Form 2. Noptin Shortcode * When I use the noptin premade form as a widget, it doesn’t display the premade form I see in the preview. Instead it displays the shortcode version. It should display the premade form when I use the premade form. Especially, when it says“ Use the Noptin Premade Form widget to add this form to a widget area.” * See screenshot. There wasn’t enough PHP memory for the dashboard admin. The PHP memory for the front-end and back-end of the site are completely different. You have to increase PHP memory for the dashboard admin by adding this in wp-config file: define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, 512M’); It should be double your normal memory limit because the back-end uses up more resources. * Thanks for the help. If you don’t like the way your users express their frustration, make better software. * There are many things in life I don’t like as well, but as an adult I have to deal with it. Life is tough. Thicker skin will help you make it through. * I do appreciate you helping your users on this forum and I do appreciate you creating the plugin. But please don’t pull the virtue signaling card and take the moral high ground to misconstrue this situation. I haven’t demeaned anyone and am expressing my frustration with bad software, not any one person. Those users aren’t getting the email at all. How is that resolved? I think you read it wrong. Gmail and hotmail users do not receive the download email at all. The emails weren’t in spam folder.
