 * Hi [@sleepingfedar](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sleepingfedar/),
 * Sorry the plugin caused trouble. “Doesn’t work” and “site broken” can
   mean very
   different things, and we can’t reproduce or fix anythingwithout details — could
   you help us narrow it down?
 * A few specific questions:
    1. What exactly broke? White screen, a 500 error in the admin, .md URLs
       returning
       404, or something else?
    2. What environment are you on — PHP version, WordPress version, active
       theme,
       and host (managed WP host like WPEngine/Kinsta, sharedhosting, VPS)?
    3. Did the issue appear immediately on activation, or after you started
       using the.
       md URLs?
    4. Are you using any other plugin that manages permalinks or rewrites
       (Permalink
       Manager, Custom Permalinks, Yoast Premium, etc.)?
    5. If you have access to wp-content/debug.log or the server error log,
       any line
       mentioning “ovls”, “OVLS”, or “one-v-llm-serve” would beextremely useful. One
       quick thing worth trying regardless of the cause: go toSettings → Permalinks
       and click “Save Changes” without modifyinganything — that re-flushes WordPress
       rewrite rules, which sometimesresolves .md URLs returning 404 on hosts that
       cache permalink stateunusually. If you can share the answers above (or open
       a support topic at[https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/one-v-llm-serve/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/one-v-llm-serve/)),
       we’ll dig inand fix whatever is breaking on your site. — The One-V team
